Parking is conveniently located in the driveway or on the nature strip in front of my mailbox.

Signage is displayed to give you the reassurance that you are at the correct location.

The driveway is on a slight incline and there are 4 small steps to enter the front door. If you need assistance at any time entering or leaving the premises, please let me know and I can assist you where necessary.

EFTPOS payment is available. No cash kept on premises so if paying by cash please ensure correct value.
No HICAPS available currently, although if you would like to claim please let me know and I can provide you with the provider number.

Please respect my time and get in touch if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you are sick, please get in contact so that we can reschedule your appointment for when you are well. If you attend your appointment while you are sick it can not only put myself and my clients at risk but also worsen your symptoms.
There is a zero tolerance for harassment and disrespect of any kind whether it is over communications or throughout your appointment and treatment will be ceased immediately if this occurs.

Please also note, KC Massage Therapy is a dog friendly household so noises from the pups may be heard throughout your treatment, although please be assured they will be securely put away upon your arrival and departure.
